2. Added transport information to display of incoming/outgoing acoustic data in the UDB Comms window
e.g.: Data received from modem 5, port 2 is displayed as "5.2" while data sent to modem 10, port 1
   is displayed as "10.1"
Data or other messages sent/received without transport information (such as range requests) will be shown
   with the node address only

Version 8.6.0 08/24/2012

6. Added two new commands "autobaud" and "xmittime".
7. Update to the format of how data is stored and tagged in the Datalogger, which allows for better searchability and
accessing of the data. NOTE: DATA STORED IN THE DATALOGGER BY PREVIOUS VERSION OF FRIMWARE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS
NEW FIRMWARE AND SHOULD BE DELETED BEFORE USING THE DATALOGGER IN THIS VERSION.
8. Added per-source byte/record counts to dllist command, as well as indicator of which LogSource is in use (Internal/SDHC).

10. Added new datalogger commands "dldump", "rdldump", "rdlblk", "dlclear", "rdlclear".
11. The commands AT$BB, AT$BS, AT$BT have been eliminated, and replaced by dldump, rdldump, and rdlblk.
12. Added -x option to dlfind, rdlfind, dldump, rdldump commands for hex output.
13. rdlfind command restricted to 16K or less transmitted from remote modem (previously was 64 K).
14. AT$BN modified to show data logger size in megabytes if the logger size is >= 1 MB, otherwise shows size in bytes.
15. ATBP modified to behave more like original legacy ATBP.(64K pages)
16. Bug 618: Fixed Warnings from config database when upgrading software versions.
17. Changes to the processing of the low power acoustic wakeup.
18. Made enhancements to datalogging when using the @AcStats configuration parameter.
Released ATM-900 User's manual Rev D.

Version 8.4.1 03/29/2012 (UDB-9400-A)
------------------------------------
1. Added support for sending command AT$Sn:x=y and AT$Sn:x?. These commands set and query s-register
values on the 875-T Compact modem. The only registers supported for setting include 10 and 18. The
query can be done on any register in the valid range.

Version 8.4.0 02/21/2012
------------------------------------
1. Added the LBL/Multi-Receive option (UDB-9000M versions). This feature enables the modems to
be operated as a LBL system. Two systems configurations are possible. The first is an all modem
based system, using a broadband triggering, with tonal responses. The other configuration allows
the modem to function as the interrogator in an all tonal LBL system. Two new configuration
parameters are added to support this feature: @LBLmode and @RespFreq.
2. Expanded transponder functionality, so that it is no longer limited to the LF Band, and now
can be used in any frequency band.
3. Added support for PSK co-processor improvements (only available with coprocessor version 3.0).
4. Bug 567: Fixed bug could cause a reboot when using the @<time> syntax in the DLFind and
RDLFind commands.
5. Bug 493 & 591: Fixed bug introduced in version 8.3.2 in which the minimum receive sensitivity
is reduced after being acoutically woken up.
6. Bug 340: Improved the argument checking on the "cfg store" command.
7. Bug 421: Improved # syntax by setting the acoustic bit rate to 140b/s for acoustic commands.
8. Bug 566: Fixed bug that could cause the time synchronization with a GPS source to get behind by a second.
9. Bug 565: Fixed bug in which writing data to the SD card with data that varied in size with
blocks of less than to 512 bytes to blocks greater than 512 bytes caused the order written to
be out of sequence, due to an error in the caching system.
10. Bug 557: Fixed bug introduced in version 8.3.2 in which setting @SimAcDly to over 6400
will overflow and produce short ranges.
11. Bug 552: Enforcing lower case on directory name creation
12. Bug 370: Enforcing no spaces in file/directory name creation.
13. CONFIGURATION PARAMETER CHANGE: The @TxToneDur configuration parameter settings have been changed to
exactly match the corresponding @RXToneDur settings.
14. Sregister 32 no longer exists, must use the @TxToneDur configuration parameter.
15. The range for TX pulse width on the display has been changed to match the range of the RX pulse width.
16. Bug 593: Fixed bug in PSK receiver in which packet sizes would either drop the last character or cause problems with receiving the following PSK packet. This only applies to 10,240 and 15,360 bps rates. The packet sizes with the issue

Version 8.3.2 11/21/2011
------------------------------------
1. Added New functionality to expand the datalogger storage using a SD card. The current datalogger
capacity of 6 Megabytes using internal flash is expanded to 4 Gigabyte maximum with the use of the
SD card, the actual capacity will depend on the record size and the SD card overhead.
2. Added RS-485 Support.
3. CMOS UART support
4. Improved ability to synch real time clock with external PPS signal source, such as a GPS.
5. Ability to adjust the speed sound used in the range calculations.
6. Bug 390: Fixed bug that occurred when the datalogger search time exceeded the idle time. This caused
the Modem to go into low power before the search was completed.
7. Bug 281: Fixed the incorrect display of the prompt during an ATY command.
8. Bug 344: Fixed bug that caused a reboot when attempting to receive a PSK packet with no coprocessor.
9. Bug 419: Set the factory default for the Dst2 configuration parameter to P1 if on a UDB.
Note that the manual already states that the default is P1.
10. Bug 369: Resolved the bug in which the ringbuffer mode would not work correctly if there was less
than 6 meg of space available.
11. Bug 422: CONFIGURATION PARAMTER CHANGE: On the SyncPPS configuration parameter, eliminated the OFF setting and made the RTC setting the default. Change the RTC option so that the modem can go into low power mode if it is selected.
12. Speaker output improvements - the "Rx Freq" setting can be used to apply a narrowband filter to the output of the deck box speaker centered on the selected frequency. This improves the ability to hear return transpond pings in the frequency band. The internal detection logic on multi-rx platforms such as UDB-9000-M is not affected by the selected frequency (i.e. will still detect across the whole band) and the speaker range may be opened up to 7-16 kHz by selecting "ALL" on the "Rx Freq" widget. On single-rx platforms like the UDB-9000-E, the "Rx Freq" setting controls both the internal detection logic frequency and the speaker output filter.
13. CONFIGURATION PARAMTER CHANGE: Added the NAV configuration paramter section.
Released ATM-900 User's manual Rev B

Version 8.2.2 03/04/2011
-----------------------------------
1. Added the Dual Serial Port option. This feature enables the modems to use both serial ports
in either on-line mode or datalogger mode.
2. Changed the @devEnable options.
3. Bug 331: If PktEcho is enabled, S-12 shows value of 128. If @pktsize is set to 2, then ats12?
shows S12=2. i.e. it overwrites the pktecho bit while writing the pktsize.
4. Bug 329: Fixed bug that did not allow TimedRelease to be set at user level
5. Feature 321: Restructured the Factory Reset command, eliminated vals option
6. Bug 319: Suppressed ranging info with DataRetry=Ena and Verbose=0.
7. Bug 307: Fixed bug which caused Datalogger commands on 2nd serial port cause memory corruption, reboot and lockup.
